Outlook Error Code

I am using outlook. When I try to send a message, I get
an error code 0x800ccc13, and the message does not go. I
have checked the set up and as far as I can tell,
everything is correct. I connect to the internet with
RoadRunner, and everything else about my connection works
fine. Help!

I'm dealing with the exact same problem. Please email me
if you find a solution and I'll do the same for you.
Every suggestion I've tried fails.

I have two hotmail accounts that work perfectly and one
through my website that doesnt. It worked fine for 3
years then suddenly stoped, I'm thinking it was one of
the many security updates but not sure.

Hi,

Try to repair the installation of Outlook. Insert ur
Office CD and then choose Help | Detect and Repair from
the drop down list box. this should restore missing files.
