Outlook Error and Locking Up

We have installed Outlook 2003 onto new computers. My co-worker is receiving
error messages on and off, on minute her e-mail works and then it doesn't.
Also, when she sends out large files they get stuck and wont go out. When she
gets returns, sometimes they take forever to come back and clog up her
mailbox.
