outlook email

very new user 5 days and i have made a mess of my outlook
email m i didnt know what pop3 and htlm was so i put the
incorrct thing in and i need to rectify any ideas

I assume you mean OE, not Outlook (they're not the same thing, you know).
Please contact your ISP for the correct POP3 and SMTP settings (HTML has
nothing to do with email, though you can use it in your email messages - it
stands for HyperText Markup Language and is used to compile web pages).
