outlook email embedded links do not activate

The links embedded in outlook emails do not activate any
more - no matter how you click on them.

Is there any suggestion to find out what made them stop
working? They worked for a couple of years - now they do
not.

Is this in Business contacts manager? Did it happen
after you installed Service pack 1?
