Outlook email config problem?

I set up two email accounts in Outlook 2003 ( POP3 ). Outlook goes through
and checks all of my settings and sends a test email out - everything checks
out ok - the test email goes through to the web email site but does not
download into Outlook. I cannot send or receive in Outlook, I get the
following message when I try to send: "The operation failed. An object cannot
be found."

Any ideas?

try to clear ur webmail, may be some large mails blocked.After
clearing all those & try again
