Outlook E-Mail Trouble !

Hi,

could someone please point me in the right direction on WHY Outloo 2007 is
not sending e-mail if I click on the e-mail link on a web site.

The e-mail just sits in the Outbox and doesn't get sent. If I re-open the
e-mail and click send again, the e-mail still fails to send. After I do a
Copy/Paste of the e-mail body and enter the e-mail address manually to it,
the e-mail will send !

What could cause the problem, that Outlook is not sending the e-mail
immediately ?
