Outlook e-Mail Forwarding bug while running Blinkx PICO in backgro

When trying to forward emails (while running the Blinkx PICO fetch
application -- which runs in the background), I can select the name of the
party to whom I'm forwarding the email, but when I click to transfer that
email address into the Recipient field, Outlook hangs and closes the MS Word
editor. This happens even when I have no MS Word documents open. The system
then tries to "Recover" the MS Word file.

The only solution I've come up with is to temporarily "stop" Blinkx PICO
(manually via the Blinkxstop application) -- i.e. put it on pause, if you
will. I did not have to uninstall Blinkx PICO to solve this problem; i.e. it
only happens when Blinkx PICO is running in the background. In other words,
there seems to be a server look-up conflict: Blinkx PICO is looking to its
servers (while running in background), while my e-Mail Forwarding request
forces a look-up of the e-Mail I'm forwarding from the MSN mail server.

Or, of course, I can avoid this e-Mail Forwarding problem by simply cutting
and pasting the e-Mail I want to forward into a New e-Mail.

Anyone got any other ideas?

So the bug is in Blinkx PICO not in Outlook. It is Blinkx PICO that tries to
integrate with Outlook and (apparently for you) does a poor job at it and
not the other way around.

Contact Blinkx PICO for support.

Well, obviously, Roady. I've already contacted them. But I thought that if
someone else has experienced the same problem, MS might have come up with a
fix at their end. Thanx for your input.
