Outlook doesn't automatically download email when starting up

Outlook (2002 SP3) used to automatically get email when starting up,
I've since reformatted and reloaded my system (XP Pro) it no longer
does. I have to manually kick off a send/receive. I can't find a
switch to turn that on. Any suggestions?

Set an automatic Send/Receive interval in Tools > Send/Receive >
