Outlook Custom Form

Hi everyone. I have designed a custom form for phone messages in
Outlook 2007. Everyone using it is a "keyboard person" and they like
the Alt + S feature to send email. For some reason, in my custom
phone message form, the Alt + S does not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you assign the letter S as an accelerator key for any controls on the
form? If so, change it to something else.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, athttp://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=micro...

Thank you for the website forum. I ended up using an Outlook template
instead of a custom form and the Alt + S worked. I did not have any
accelerator keys set up in the form but did notice the "Send" button
was on the ribbon instead of the form.

Thank you for your reply.
