Create Task Body Test by VBA in a Custom Form

Hi,

I have made a CUSTOM TASK Form, with additional Custom Defined Fields. (Refer Screenshot)
(I am using Outlook 2013)

I would like to copy all the Information provided in Custom Fields in the MESSAGE BODY by MACRO.
