Outlook crashs

Everytime I turn my compter on (running windows XP Pro)
and run out look I get an "Abnormal Termination Error".
Outlook has to shut down and restart. This happens to
each of the 4 people who use my PC (family), even if I've
already restarted Outlook.

Any help??
 
What version of Outlook are we talking about? What exactly is logged to the
Event Viewer regarding this?
