Outlook Crashes Arbitrarily - ntdll.dll

I wonder of some kind soul can help unravel this irritating problem.

Outlook 2002 has recently started arbitrarily producing the "Outloo
has encountered a problem and needs to close" message. When I click th
details tab, I get:

App Name: outlook.exe
App Ver: 10.0.4510.0
Mod Name: ntdll.dll
Mode Ver: 5.1.2600.2180
offset: 000010f29

There appears to be no pattern to it, and no operator action that seem
to cause it. Indeed, Outlook doesn't have to be on screen or minimise
for the error message to pop up.

For background, the only changes to the PC recently have been that
have uninstalled Norton Internet Security, and replaced it wit
F-Secure Int Sec 2005. I can't be sure, but I don't remember thi
happening when I first installed F-Secure, but I know it certainl
didn't happen with Norton.

I have XP Pro, with SP2. I have tried Microsoft sites with the problem
with all the usefulness of a chocolate teapot.

I have always had Anti-Virus software, and anti-spyware programmes.
use Spybot, regularly updated, as well as the Int Sec package, so a
pretty sure there are no nasties hidden away anywhere.

I am not particularly bright when it comes to PCs (or much of anythin
else to be truthful), so am truly stuck.

I don't know of this means anything, but Outlook very often really doe
not like closing down. Often when I try to shut down, I have to g
through the "end now" option, and sometimes, after this, the scree
just sits there, taunting me with a blank blue screen. Ctrl/Alt/Del ha
no effect, nor does shouting very loudly at it, so I end up having t
unplug the thing.

Is there anyone who can help me with this
