Outlook crashes and reboots the PC

Everytime you launch MS Outlook you get a very quick flash of a blue screen
then the PC re-boots. Every other application in MS Office is okay, it only
seems to be affecting Outlook.
I've tried un-installing MS Office then deleting all directories etc in the
Programs folder that are anything to do with Office. I then re-installed MS
Office... exactly the same happens. This is getting to me now. Any ideas
people. It must be something to do with registry or something but I don't
know what to look at.
