Outlook Connector Beta and Live Hotmail

Hello.
I have Outlook 2003.
I installed Outlook Connector Beta. It should sync Mail and Contacts
(Calendar for premium users only) with my Live Hotmail account.
Yet, after I entered my details it says sync is only available for premium
users.
It synced my contacts but not the mails.
What's wrong?

did you convert the acct to a live acct? log in to the web interface to
convert it.
