Outlook Connector Beta Error

I have a Windows Live Hotmail account and would like to access the messages
from Outlook. I downloaded and installed the Outlook Connector Beta. It
downloaded the messages perfectly unitl I changed the hotmail to be my
default Outlook account. Since that time, it won't download email...even on
a different PC. The error I am getting is:

The following issues occured while synchronizing with the server:
Folder Collection Sync Key: 0
Message Collection Sync Key: 0
There is an error synchronizing your mail account, please call
Microsoftsupport to resolve this issue.
Error: 3206.

I have also tried uninstalling the connector. No luck.
