Outlook 2000 and 2003
I have machines in two different buildings, and one has Outlook 2000 (for
the time being) while the other has Outlook 2003. So I would be interested
in replies for both versions.
I have an administrator account that opens up a bunch of calendars and
allows me to set permissions on those calendars. However, I don't want all
those calendars to open every time I open Outlook, so I also have a personal
account that gives me just my own stuff. When I want to log in to the
administrator account, I have to set the Outlook options so that it will
prompt me to select a profile, then I have to restart Outlook, select the
administrator profile, and then enter the correct user name and password.
What I would like to do is create a different desktop icon for my
administrator account. Is it possible to put the profile name and user name
in a shortcut command so that all I would need to do is provide the
administrator password?
