Outlook closing wiht an error after 2 minutes

One of my users is suddenly experiencing a proble with Outlook closing with
the following error

Oulook.exe has generated errors and will be close by Windows. You will need
to restart the program.

An error log is being created

Anything in the event viewer on the application side? Event number and
source? Any Add-Ins? What has changed recently?

I have exactly the same problem. Outlook 2000 was operating fine until about
two weeks ago, when it suddenly began behaving in this fashion. I tried
timing it, and it is 2 minutes after opening the program. No other program
reacts in same fashion. Error message does not give any further details.

Looking forward to any insight on this problem.
