OUTLOOK.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by Windows...

Greetings,

I receive the following error message from Outlook 2000:
"[Program Error] OUTLOOK.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.....An error log is being
created."
This occurs when I close Outlook. No other Office applications do this. I
have tried to repair the installation, and installed SP3. It happened agaion
this morning.
What could be cauing the error and where do I find the error log?
FYI: I am running Windows 2000 Pro, lots of disk space & 512 memory on board.
Also, I get a similar message when I try to configure PowerDVD then it
closes. I can configure it after a few tries but I get an error message
simliar to above. Are the two related?

I now have Office 2003. Problem solved.

Hi, I'm getting the same problem. Have you learned any way to get rid of

I think it's some sort of conflict, but I don't know the cause. That's why I
posted the message. I gave up and upgraded to MS Office 2003 trial.
