"Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows"

Please let me know what I should do to repair Microsoft Outlook when the
error message pops up and says ""Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by Windows". I cannot send or open e-mails when the program is acting
like this. Thanks for your help.

A Repair can be done via the Office or Outlook entry in Add/Remove in
Windows Control Panel. that doesn't mean it will fix the problem.
