Outlook closes everytime I try to open it.

Each time I try to open Outlook, I get an error message that says "Outlook
has encountered a problem and must close." I have re-installed Office and
still get the same error message. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hard to say without any configuration information.

Are you using Cloudmark by any chance? If you are, this is a known problem
(has been for weeks), please go to the Cloudmark website and upgrade your
version.
If this is not the issue, please respond to Roady's suggestions.
