Outlook can't "find" Word

When I try to send an email, I get an error message saying Word is busy or
can't be found. I have Word installed and it is set as mydefault email
editor. What else can I check?

Are you using the same versions of both Outlook and Word -- for example, both
from the Office 2003 suite?
