Outlook calendar keeps telling me an object could not be found

Bill

I have a PC and a laptop, both loaded with Office 2003.
I am running Vista. I transfer data from my PC to my laptop in documents
with my flash drive.

The problem I have is that when I try to import data from my
calendar data in documents to my Outlook Calendar it keeps telling
me "the operation failed. An object could not be found"

Is this a problem with Vista and should I change to XP as it is very
important
to me to have an up to date calendar and contacts

I have just done a clean reformat and have no other programes
running / installed now but it is still doing it.

Help would be appreciated

The problem isn't vista. What format are the calendar data in? Did you try
Help, Detect and Repair? Do you get errors when you click the To button on
a new message? Did you try a new profile?

Export/oimport is never the correct way to transfer data between two Outlook
installations.
