import calendar, contacts from Vista windows mail into Outlook 200

In order to sync my iphone calendar with my pc calendar, I must use Outlook
on the PC. I'm currently using windows mail and calendar. When I imported
the contacts into Outlook 2003, I didn't get the email addresses! And when I
tried to import the windows caledar file into Outlook 2003, Outlook said that
the file was corrupt. (It isn't.) Do I have to upgrade to Outlook 2007?
Crazy.

Which mail account type are you using?
If the above method does not work, you can try it via Windows Live Mail and
then connect via a Live Hotmail account.
You can then connect the Live Hotmail account in Outlook via the Outlook
Connector to get your stored data;
