Multiple Calendars with Outlook 2003

i have Outlook 2003 with outlook connector. When i added my msn email
account outlook created multiple calendars;
Calendar
Jack's calendare in (e-mail address removed)
birthday calendar in (e-mail address removed)
US Holidays in (e-mail address removed)

i would like all the calendar information to be in the first one "Calendar"
so that i can sync it wtih my iphone.

for some reason Itunes onlys show "Calendar" in the list of calendar to sync
so it seems using only calendar would be a solution but how do i force all
calendar information to use calendar?

You can copy all the information from those other calendars into your main
one.
The easiest way to do this would be to change your view to "All
Appointments".
View-> Current View-> All Appointments
