Outlook Blocking Antispam from blocking spam? What can I do?

I'm running Office XP with service pack 3. I have Norton Antispam 2005
install. Often a Spam message ends up in the InBox instead of being moved to
my spam folder. A message from outlook will appearing saying.. "A program is
trying to access email addresses..." and "If this is unexpected ..." along
with a drop menu to set a certain amount of time to allow the program to
access. Sometimes this message doesn't appear. Sometimes I'll receive new
spam, hit the spam button, and this message will appear. It's quite annoying
since Norton Antispam is a program I ALWAYS want having access to Outlook.
How do I disable this outlook protect or give Antispam permission ALWAYS?
This problem has gotten so irritating I'm about ready to give McAfee products
a try which I've been told do not have this problem.

I believe Norton has released an update for this a while ago. If you can't
find it ask Symantec support.

Good Luck!

Contact Symantec Support as it it is their product not communicating with
Outlook in a save way.

Is there any way to just disable the message all together? Symantec is just
giving me more useless instructions about virus scans and adware since I
already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
