How do I give Norton antispam access to outlook?

I need to let Norton Antispam check my email before it hits my inbox. Outlook
is blocking Norton and when I manually try to move messages to "spam" Out
look will give me access for only 10 minutes max.

Norton Antispam was working great until approx. 2 months ago and Outlook
decided to change my rules and I can't get it back.

Sounds like an autoupdate of the spam program is causing problems - unless
you reinstalled it and haven't updated NAS.
