Outlook backup

I installed outlook backup for use with outlook 2003. At first it did the
back up ok but now it won't. I select my personal and archive folders to
back up and click save back up but then nothing happens.
Any thoughts or suggestions for a better complete outlook backup solution?

Nothing will happen until you close Outlook.
