customizatiton backup

I had to replace my hard drive. I reinstalled Office 2003. I need to move
scores of Outlook toolbar customizations from my backup folder. How do I do
this? Where do I find the file in my back up to move to my new drive?

toolbars are in the outcmd.dat file in the outlook folder on the old drive -
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
