Outlook Backup - Rules and Alerts

I backup my OL2003 each week. My system crashed and I had to do a computer
reload.

When I imported my backup pst file, I didn't get any of the many rules and
alerts I had in my orig outlook.

Are they there, or doesn't OL backup the rules and alerts?

OL doesnt backup anything, excepting if you add a third party addin.
If you used the MS OL backup addin it only backs up (copies) the pst's
selected

Looks like I need a backup utility for OL.

I used HandyBackup with its OL addin for a while, though now I just use two
different backup apps to backup the data I select to two different
locations.
