rules and alerts missing under tools

Hallo
I have just installed small business edition 2003 on a rebuilt PC all
genuine and validate etc. I imported PST folder using import under files and
all was fine all email folders were complete including message alerts ,
however i went to tools and there is no rules and alerts. I ran detect and
reoair that was ok, i saved another PST file on my laptop and imported that
file same result no rules and alerts under tools. My laptop is also running
th same sbe 2003, Any help would be appreciated many thanks

did you created an e-mail account in the new 2003 installation?

Can you still send and receive e-mails?

Weeoo Weeoo Weeoo! Danger!

It is never correct to move data between Outlooks by using import and
export. You lose data, as you've discovered. Your solution would be to use
the original PST.
