outlook auto messages

I answer customer service question through email. most of my question are the
same. therefore my reply are repeated. I type the same reply often. is there
a way I can auto complete my replys?

You can work with templates, AutoText (when setting Word as the e-mail
editor) or create txt-files with answers and choose Insert-> File...->
dropdown on the Insert button-> Insert as Text
