Outlook attatchments

Hi there

I am having trouble viewing attachments on my Outlook.
Basically when someone sends me an email with an
attatchment, I click on the paper clip icon and then the
little list pops up with the attatchments but they are
not highlighted so I can't choose them. It's so
frustrating as I then have to go online and retrieve my
mail from the internet.

Please can someone shed any light on this?

If you open the message does it read that the program has blocked access to
the attachments? If yes, you need to reconfigure the application. Assuming
you are using Microsoft Outlook and not Outlook Express, see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm. If you really meant
Outlook Express, then select Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck the
second item from the top concerning attachments.
