Mails with attachments rule capturing mails w/o attachments

I have created a rule in Outlook that moves arriving emails with attachments
into a specified folder. However, many of the messages which are sent to
that folder don't seem to have an attachment. When Outlook refers to
attachments, are there any others besides the ones which have a paper clip
icon when viewing the mail folder?
