OUtlook Attachements

Hi guy's,
I am extremely embarrassed to write this but for the life of me i cannot
find what i'm looking for:

We use outlook 2003/exchange in our organisation and a number of people have
asked where the "Attachements" field has gone??
When people attached documents to the email it places the file in the
message body.
We would like to have all attachements show up in the attachements field
that used to be up where the subject field is.
I have looked at all outlook options etc but just cannot find it anywhere.
I am sure that it used to be there not that long ago.

Sorry guy's,
just found it.
Format is plain text not HTML.
I am sure this will fix the issue.

Actually, both Plain Text and HTML will use the separate attachment
section. Only RTF will place attachments into the message body.
