Outlook Attachment Question

Quick question. I have a user that goes to add an attachment to an email
and a large icon appears inside the body of the message. When I add an
attachment I get another line that drops down beneath the subject, that says
attachment, with a small icon. How does this user get the same setting as me
so that attachements no longer appear inside the message. It's purely
cosmetic, but I'm thinking a setting has been changed in Outlook somewhere
and I can't seem to find it. Any ideas?

Thanks!

The two of you are using different message formats. You're using HTML or plain text, while the other user is using RTF.

That person is composing in Rich Text format.

That person should change the message format.
