Microsoft XP Upgrade and Outlook attachment problems.

I just upgraded to Mircrosoft Office XP and used OUtlook
at my email applaication. When I receive emails with
attached files and I try to open them and they have
script or code associatioed with them I cannot open them
and receive the follawing mesage -
Outllook blocked access to the following potentially
unsafe attachements (attachments listes). Can anyone
tell me why this happens????

For security reasons. You might want to consider starting to use a
compressed format for sending those type of files. To compromise your
security you can use the registry;

Microsoft has done this by default they block most
attachments. You can change this - read 290497 at
support.microsoft.com
