Attachment can not be seem for some user

Hello,
We are using WÄ°ndows 2000 Terminal service, and Microsoft Office 2003. Some
users are using outlook 2003, the others outlook express version 6.
A user sent email with attachment by using outllook 2003 to multiple users
who uses outlook express or outlook 2003. All users receive mail. They can
read message.But some users can not get attached files. "Do not allow
attachmnts to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is
unticked

Hi Christian,

The user who send email use Outlook 2003. In their email format is HTML.But
receipents usually use Outlook express. They can have and read messages. But
they can not get attachments.

Hi Nikki,

The attached files are not .exe file. Pdf,txt etc.Our mail server refuse
mail which inculude exe attached file.

If the attachments are "winmail.dat" then:

Are ALL emails coming in with the winmail.dat or is it only when
it is from some particular domain? The following articles may

Hi Christian,

I could not understand. In outlook 2003 I opened Contacts/receipent mail
adress, double click it but can not find format ?

The attachment that I talked is normal files. I mean acrobat file, Microsoft
Word document. The reciepent has no winmail.dat.

The article says "exe" but it covers far more.
