Attachements

I am presently experiencing two problems with my E-mails;
1. when I set an attachement onto an E-mail the E-mail is
received but the attachements are not transmitted with the
e-mail eventhough the attachment icon apprears on the e-
mail sent.
Conversely when someone sends me an E-mail with an
attachement I receive the E-mail with the message
" OE removed access to the following unsafe attachement in
your E-Mail."

Apparently there is a setting in Outlook to take care of
this phenomenon but I cannot find it

Can anyone help me ?

In Outlook express under tools, options, security, the
second check box down needs to be unchecked...

Also on www.slipstick.com there is an addin for Outlook
that will allow u to recieve attachments that are
normally blocked by outlook..
