Outlook asks for password

One user always has to type his password every time he
opens his mail in Outlook 2000. I have checked the
network logon security and it's using NT Logon
Authentification just like everybody else. I have tried
removing his profile and reconfiguring it, uninstalling
Office completely and reinstalling it and even instaling
Windows XP Service Pack 1 but the problem is still there.
We use Exchange 2000 running on Windows 2000 Server for
our mail server.

This happens to me as well, but by design. Check
Start>Settings>Control Panel. Select Mail. Select "Show
Profile" button. Are there more than one profile set up
on the workstation?
