When I archive older emails in Outlook (2007) the inbox shows who sent the
message, but the sent messages all are shown as from me. That does me no
good. I want to know who I sent them to, but can't figure that out. Anyone
know how to do this?

And when you select the sent msg does it not show you?
In any case you sent them so who do you expect them to be shown as sent
from?

I have not been able to change the column from "From" to "To". Maybe I'm doing this incorrectly.

Change your view for that folder to Sent To.
