Outlook Archieve Accounts Access

I just had a user leave the company. I want to access his older e-mail in the
..pst file How can I try and access these? i added the new user as a delegeate
to the old user e-mail account, however i can only see currect 2008 e-mail
from old user e-mail and not any other e-mails?????

The PST isn't on the Exchange server, so adding someone as a delegate to the
mailbox won't get you to the PST. You have to copy that PST from the PC the
person was using.
