Outlook and OWA folders are not synchronized

I have many folders in Outlook and they show up and work fine; however, not
all of these folders show up when I logon using OWA.

I apologize if this has been answered before, but I could not find anything
related in a search.

Are the folders in your Exchange mailbox or in a pst on the computer where
outlook is installed?
