Emails not showing up in OWA

Office 2003 - Exchange 2003. I have one user that is not able to view any
emails when using OWA to check their email. Nothing is there.....none in the
sent folder....none in the deleted box. User has emails on their Outlook 2003
on their computer. I have checked user's rules and they have none set up. Is
Outlook pulling all the emails off and putting them on user's pc therefore
they are not showing up in OWA?.....

What should I be checking?

Ask in microsoft.public.exchange.clients. OWA is part of Exchange.
