Outlook and Fax to Email *.tiff Files - Cab't open

I have a fax to email service and faxes come to Outlook in the form of a
*.tiff file. Outlook will not let me open them saying "Can't create file".

Any suggestions for help. I already tried disabling McAfee, same result.

what happens when you save the attachment and try to open it outside of
outlook?
