convert tiff to jpig file?

I have to convert an email recieved via a fax. When I forward email it shows
a tiff file and my client cannot open it. Says he needs it to be a
jpig...please help

of course you mean a jpg or jpeg right ?

you need to convert the tif to a jpg in an image editor...like photoshop $$,
paint.net (freebie), irfanview (freebie)...save it then do what you will.

btw, it will probably not look real good.

Better convert to .png file; .jpg quality gets very low when compressed.
