Outlook and BCM Contacts not opening

To All:
When I try to open Outlook with BCM now I am getting a message that says
"BCM for Outlook could not connect to thte shared database. Do you want to
work offline? Y/N?
Either way Outlook sometimes opens and sometimes does not. The few times it
opens, my contacts are missing? What's going on here?

If it can't connect, the likely reason is that it can't communicate
with the BCM database. If some data is missing, the database may have
been replaced, or the items got deleted and ar now in the Deleted
Items folder.
