Outlook Always In Front

I am running Outlook 2003 and am up to date with all Updates.

When I click on an email it always opens BEHIND Microsoft Outlook - it's
as if I have set an option - Outlook always in front. I guess in the
scheme of things it's not too important but it's driving me crackers.

Please........ Can anyone suggest a solution!

If you are running Plaxo, it is probably the cause of this problem.

Unfortunately I'm not running Plaxo - I hadn't even heard of it till
