Outlook set to always front

Periodically, the Outlook window is set to "always in front" somehow.
If i open an email message, it gets pushed behind her Outlook main window.
Why? How?
It will fix itself, but it would be nice to know why it does it in the first
place.

Uninstall Plaxo. That is your problem. It was doing the same to me.
