Outlook 2K Synchronization HANG HELP!!!!

When we close Outlook it will auto synch but it hangs on either Syncronizing
Views or Syncronizing Forms. However if we synchronize manually prior to exit
it completes perfectly.

Any ideas guys and gals?!!

Outlook 2000 on WinXP Pro inc. SP2. Have tried with FW on and off so dont
think its down to that!
 
Have the same problem on a computer running XP Pro SP2 and Outlook 2000
towards an Exchange 2000 Server. I've seen quite a few of theese issues both
in the Microsoft newsgroups and when searching other forums but no answer.

Where is the Microsoft staff? Don't they see this as an issue big enough to
put time on?
