Outlook 2000 hangs when closing

Just installed Office 2000 SP-3 on Windows XP. Outlook hangs when closing
and I have to kill it with Task Manager. We have the same version of Office
installed on our other 40+ WinXP computers in the office and don't have this
problem.

Syncronization is not set up and Word is not used as the default email
editor.

Try open Outlook by "Start" -> "Run" and type "outlook.exe /s" -> OK

see if still get the same problem.
